All manuscripts must use the official STDF Manuscript Template and be submitted through the journal's official submission system. Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submissions that do not substantially follow the template may be returned for correction before peer review.

Publication Fee: FREE
The USD 100 fee covers editorial assessment and peer-review processing. It does not guarantee acceptance or publication. Publication is free for manuscripts that successfully pass peer review, are presented online, and complete all required revisions.
